BEDBUGS!! The rooms looked very clean and were spacious and nice. We had a great time in the beginning and everything was fine. But on our third and last night we discoverd bedbugs in our room/beds that caused alot of stress, even now I'm home. I had to clean everything with a steamer and wash our clothes very hot, which damaged some clothes. The receptionist was very friendly in the beginning and understanding and offered us a small refund, but this is totally unacceptable. When we got home the hotel send us a message that these were not bedbugs at all, but some kind of woodbugs. But woodbugs don't stick humans and they don't walk around on the bed as they don't live on human blood. They also looked exactly like the foto's of bedbugs on the internet and woodbugs look totally different. Besides that my husband is still covered with red spots all over his body. Our doctor confirmed that these are typically bedbugspots which caused an allergic reaction. We receive message now that they don't believe the our video is real and they don't believe us. This is really terrible. My husband is still recovering from the bites and a part of our clothes are still in the freezer. This is a very serious problem and am so upset that they don't take the problem seriously and I would strongly advice future quests not to book here!!!

Warm welcome. Helped us with luggage and showed us the way to the parking garage. Breakfast is in another building near by. good. The rooms are very close to the old square. Very central. You need your navigation to get there. Room was beautiful.

This hotel does not have a reception of their own, you have to check in at Metamorphis (I think it was called?), equipped with very friendly and helpful staff who escorts you to the room. The room itself is big, clean, has AC/heating, big clean bathroom, nice beds. Soap and tea is included. I've seen that others have mentioned that the square which the hotel is located on is pretty loud at nights, but we didn't have this problem and slept well all 3 nights. There is no elevator, there is no coffee (only a broken coffee machine in the hallway). The room keys are physical, the wifi not super fast and the TV is very old, complicated to turn on and only offers Czech channels, which makes the whole experience a bit like travelling in the 90s or mid-00s. For the price, this was OK by us. The location is perfect and the breakfast is acceptable (good coffee, somewhat bland food and a breakfast area that is quite hard to access for anyone with disabilities). UNFORTUNATELY my rating will have to be a 1 since we were fined for an already broken hair dryer. During our first morning, the hair dryer slipped off the sink and went in 2 pieces on the bathroom floor. We are talking about a very old hair dryer where the heating setting buttons didn't work since a long time. We did put the hairdryer back together but missed the start button so obviously the hair dryer wouldn't work. Anyway, since the hairdryer didn't work from the start (regarding the heating settings) we asked for a new one, which we got. In my mind, hotels should appreciate feedback and take it as a chance to improve. All was fine until the last night when we found out we would be fined for the accident which we were not OK with. We then made an effort to fix the hairdryer ourself (putting the start button back in place) which worked, but despite showing this to the staff we were still fined. It left a bitter aftertaste to our experience and I will not return to this hotel.

We were on the top floor so lots of steps, but room was lovely so didn't mind. On arrival it was quite hard to locate, taxi driver didn't know where it was. When we found accommodation, the reception is in another building. We found it eventually, and that was the only hic cup. Very good location. Only a 10 min walk to main square and the small square where are room was located had lovely places to eat and drink. We ate at the Indian and Dublin bar.. Both very good. Indian food was outstanding. Lovely area to explore, lots of little streets and shops. The main bridge was about 15mins walk, but worth it. I've put photos of our room and a picture outside accommodation... Its behind the tree! Lovely place to bid it. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly located at the heart of the city but in a quiet square. Very spacious and clean rooms with free espresso coffee Machine. They could update the bathrooms and improve breakfast. 100% recommended.
